Samar Zureik
An illustrator, letterer and type designer from Amman and is currently based in Helsinki. She graduated with an MA in visual narrative from Aalto University. She also attended the post diploma program 2018-2020 in typedesign at ESADType in Amiens. Samar trained under a master calligrapher in Amman in Arabic calligraphy and continues to do so virtually.
